Ordering

My processing capabilities are limited. Therefore, I am not able to accept orders via telephone.

Please order using your computer: Simply use the convenient shopping cart. I welcome credit cards, namely, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. I can also accept debit cards using VISA and MasterCard processing. I will also accept personal checks, with two phone numbers and a valid Driver License number. Money orders and checks should be made out to:

Reservations

I do not "hold back" my items. I believe it is fair for each collector to have the opportunity to view all of my inventory and be able to purchase immediately at first sight.

Special/Custom Orders

My craft is truly a labor of love. Each piece is unique and very special. They have an aura of their own. Therefore, I cannot bring myself to recreate pieces in repetition. I have and will continue to revisit styles I fancy with variations of color and/or enhancements.

Shipping

I will ship within the United States using USPS and add delivery confirmation and insurance at no additional charge.

Returns/Peace of Mind

I want you to enjoy my creations. However, should a piece arrive damaged, please contact me so that I may do whatever it takes to make the unfortunate - bearable. Returns will be accepted within 15 days in their original condition for a full refund, minus S&H. No items, beads or jewelry will be accepted if the item has been modified in any way.
